The piccalilli was absolutely delicious. For those of you outside of the U.K., a piccalilli is a type of pickle typically made with cucumber, cauliflower & green beans with vinegar spiced with ginger, turmeric & mustard. It works with all kinds of pork based dishes but especially cold ones like a pork pie or scotch egg.
