Not doing much cooking myself but exciting foodie times for me over past few and coming days. Here, we have cured sea trout with pickled cucumber, spiced Creme Fraiche & wild garlic oil, served at Stoke Place Hotel - lovely vibrant colours on the plate and great texture to all elements of the dish.

Tonight we will be trying the French 7 course tasting menu at @salt_co_chef pop-up restaurant.
