Amazingly tender 20-minute baby-back ribs

Amazingly tender 20-minute baby-back ribs made in the pressure cooker - a little cheat way to have ribs ready to eat in the sunshine in less than half an hour.
- Quick marinade your ribs in desired spice blend (overnight is best but five minutes will do at a push)
- Set pressure cooker to fry & give the meat a quick, light browning
- Add BBQ sauce to pork ribs with a splash of water & set to pressure cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how tender you like your ribs
- Give the ribs & BBQ sauce a few minutes browning at end to make nice & sticky. Then serve!
