Amazingly tender 20-minute baby-back ribs



Amazingly tender 20-minute baby-back ribs made in the pressure cooker - a little cheat way to have ribs ready to eat in the sunshine in less than half an hour.

  1. Quick marinade your ribs in desired spice blend (overnight is best but five minutes will do at a push)
  2. Set pressure cooker to fry & give the meat a quick, light browning
  3. Add BBQ sauce to pork ribs with a splash of water & set to pressure cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how tender you like your ribs
  4. Give the ribs & BBQ sauce a few minutes browning at end to make nice & sticky. Then serve!
