Yes! Let the BBQ season commence. So, I’m always trying to work out how to tweet up my BBQing technique, especially for the more ‘exotic’ dishes >>>> and here I am pressure cooking a whole spatchcocked chicken with:

1/4 whole lemon (chopped)
coriander
apple cider vinegar
brown sugar
sriracha chilli
Hoisin sauce
BBQ spice rub

Pressure cook for 10 minutes before it goes onto the BBQ for grilling. Works will with ribs & pork joints that are getting the offset smoker / pit smoker treatment outdoors. Hopefully it doesn’t get too chilly outside before I can finish the cooking.
