Hot & Cold Seafood Pasta Salad

Unusual but delicious combination of hot and cold .. smoked ham & cheese tortellini with chilled seafood salad. Quick, easy to make using store bought pasta

Seafood salad

2 sticks chopped celery
1/2 chopped cucumber
1/2 chopped apple
4tbs Mayonnaise
1/2tbs Worcestershire sauce
1tbs sweet chilli sauce
Handful of crab or shrimps

Prepare salad and leave to chill in fridge whilst cooking the pasta.
