Vegetarian layered nachos for lunch!

Getting close up & personal with my vegetarian layered nachos at lunchtime.

Is there a clean & refined way to eat this crispy, gooey concoction from heaven? - Mehhh, not as far as I can work out, so it’s lots of napkins time. :)

Recipe is easy! Just layer & repeat:

Nacho chips
Cheddar cheese
Black beans
Chopped tomato/red onion/avocado salsa (make fresh)

Bake in oven for around 10 mins and top off with sour cream for a perfect lunch!
