Baked Plaice stuffed with Crab, Prawns & Parmesan

A delicious, hearty fish dish where the seafood stuffing is the star. I love stuffings but this particular stuffing is so packed with prawns & crab that you can easily use it to stuff mushrooms, peppers or tomatoes for a filling meal.

Stuffing ingredients:

50g grated Parmesan
50g bread crumbs
100g cold water prawns
100g white & brown crab meat
1 finely diced shallot or onion
1 grated lemon zest
1 grated garlic clove
Chopped parsley

Just mix all the ingredients together and stuff your fish, mushroom or vegetables before topping with a dollop of butter & additional Parmesan. Bake in oven for around 20 minutes till stuffing is golden & bubbly on top.
