Slow-cooker Lamb Ribs in Pomegranate, Dates, Cinnamon, Garlic & Ginger 



Marinade recipe for lamb ribs (marinade overnight)

Simply take all the ingredients and mix together before spreading over the lamb ribs in a container.

2 tbs pomegranate molasses
2 tbs garlic & ginger paste
1 tbs ground black pepper
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs turmeric
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
6 diced dates


METHOD 

1. Take lamb ribs out of marinade & brown in a pan to get some colour on it 2. Put into slow cooker and add the chopped onions, tomato & dates
3. Cook for 6-8 hrs on low heat
4. Roast in oven for 15 minutes at add further colour
