Simple Paneer & Pea Curry

My sister seems to have developed an obsession with my Paneer & Pea Curry (her words, not mine). Apparently the recipe wasn't simple enough, so here is my ultra simple pea & paneer curry recipe for veggie Fridays.

  1. Fry two chopped onions till soft
  2. Add 200g frozen peas, can of chickpeas, 200ml coconut milk, 200ml cream, 100g almond powder, 25g sugar & curry powder
  3. Cook for about 5-10 mins & add mozzarella or paneer cheese (or both!)
  4. Top with almond flakes & coriander
